Minmatar Fleet Alliance is against broad, wide angle ship imbursement (SRP) programs. They involve large structure empires, taxing corporations on their hard earned work, and unrealistic expectations for fleet commanders and leadership that cause burnout.
It's not the kind of alliance we want to build- there are many of them out there already.
No alliance tax – We don’t take from our corporations. Their taxes are theirs, their structure taxes are theirs, and their moon drills are theirs. We help them grow high-yield income strategies and let them decide how to support their members. Local autonomy, not top-down control.
No program tax - We do not tax buyback, conversion, contracts, or other various common income sources. This allows our players to generate significant income offering alliance-level programs and services.
No endless alliance drill / rental defense – We're not interested in burning out members defending or repairing Metenox drills and babysitting skyhooks for a few billion ISK a month per structure. We'd rather have folks run battlefields and combat sites and fill their wallet. It's a better, more sustainable long term strategy.
This models allows each corporation to generate more consistent income than the alliance, allocating their funds on their focus; whether that be small gang, skirmishes, or large scale capital warfare.
That said, the alliance does generate income, and will allocate this income to incentivize engagements and fun that benefits our playerbase.

Due to this, the alliance will often cover 25-50% of the cost of certain hulls, with the expectation that corporations will incentivize their kind of gameplay with other subsidies from corporation income.
Ship replacement is eligible for strategic fleets of all types from qualified fleet commanders.
Eligibility
To submit a ship replacement request, find your fleet in the Fleet History section of the website. Alternatively, click "View Fleet Information" from the ping of the fleet. Click "Add Killmail" and submit your in-game external link. You will receive an in-game mail notification after your request is processed.
Our expectation with subcapitals is that alliance will cover 50-100% of your costs.

DPS ships are not reimbursed. Some fleet commanders will hand out ships or cover other ships outside of policy with alternative finances, but these do not fall under the SRP program.
Our expectation with dreadnoughts is that alliance will cover 25-33% of your costs, insurance 10-15%, with the pilot and their corporation covering the remaining costs.
